Cut mutton into cubes. Wash and remove any fat. Rub in Tex's Jamaican Style Curry Powder and Tex's Tropical Multi Purpose Seasoning and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Heat oil and butter in a heavy saucepan, then add ionion and garlic and cook gently for 2 minutes. Add mutton and stir well. Stir in remainder of ingredients.
Cover and simmer on low heat until tender. If required, add water or extra stock to prevent curry from drying out.
